Are you a Carer?
Do you look after a relative, a friend who, due to illness, disability or the effects of age cannot manage to live independently at home without your help? If the answer is ‘Yes’, you are a Carer!
Sunnyside Surgery has a Carer’s Champion who can help provide you with support information and services that are available in the North Somerset area. Whatever your age, there are services and support groups all over the North Somerset area.
Crossroads, the Carer’s Centre in Weston Super Mare can also offer you guidance on services and information.
If you would like to speak to our representative, Jane, at the surgery or if you find it difficult to get to the surgery but would like her to contact you, please telephone the surgery during non-peak times, between 10:30 and 18:00 Monday to Friday and leave details for our Carer’s Champion, Jane to call you back, or email Jane at reception@gp-L81102.nhs.uk
