The practice has been in Clevedon for many years looking after the primary health care needs of approximately 6,800 people living in Clevedon and the surrounding villages of Tickenham, Kenn, Kingston Seymour, Walton in Gordano and Weston in Gordano.

The practice initially worked from a Victorian House until 1985 when it moved to a converted bungalow. This underwent an extension in 1992. In 1998 the bungalow adjoining the surgery was purchased. The conversion to the current surgery was completed in February 2000.

We are now taking bookings for the seasonal flu vaccination.
Please follow this link to find out if you are eligible: Who should have the flu jab?
You can arrange an appointment by phoning us or calling into the Practice Monday to Friday 10.00-18.00.

The Surgery has six consulting rooms, one for each GP Partner and one allocated for any trainee GPs that are on placement with us. There are three treatment rooms (for use by nurses, health care assistants and phlebotomists); reception and records room; and waiting room area.  Upstairs there are administrative offices, a meeting room and a staff rest area.  Attached to the building there is a Co-op pharmacy.

Our list is open and we welcome new NHS patients.  Please click here to find out how to register with us.
